This project was the first major group project that I took part in and took place over a 7 month period. There were various roles assigned by the team with myself taking the QA lead and also working on the various level design requirements within the game.

My work as the QA lead got me some experience in getting feedback on certain aspects of the game and paper prototyping features before they go into full production. I had previously done something like this for another assignment but this showed the full scale of how effective it was for seeing when features should be kept or removed due to player feedback.

The project's level design was done in a very tedius way which proved detrimental in the end. If steps were taken by the entire team it could have been a much easier process to work through, but in the end the the blame falls on me. I improved this by dedicating more of my time into the project once assignments were done to get it to the best standard it could be before each staged submission.

I worked with each team member on various aspects to make sure that each feature had a spot in the level and that the narrative of the game was allowed to show through. In the end, there were many things that could have been improved in how the game came together, but it was a great learning experience for the amount of time spent working on it.
